The stuff and service where nice, we appreciated this perfect hotel. The bed in our room was comfortable. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Moreover, we could use free Wi-Fi.

Although the rooms are small, they are suitable for an airport hotel, as one only spends one night here. Breakfast was very tasty.
The shuttle bus to the airport leaves only once an hour, you couldn't read that anywhere before.

When i called to confirm a previous request for a crib, the receptionist was very annoyed and told me that it was first come first serve...if you dont like your job, change it!

Very conveniently located to JFK and the best shuttle service out of the JFK hotels - and I have stayed at many. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
